A. pornography makes fapping better than imagination, and thus it's easy to get sucked back in

B. Nofapping makes your brain more motivated as men gather resources for women. Even if you hate women and want nothing to do with them, having the primal motivation to become something important for a woman is an easy way to force yourself to become something better.

The problem is nofap is usually aimed at people that are chronic masturbators and addicted to it. Thus, they spend hours every day perusing porn and doing the deed. As a result, nofap ends up giving them a lot of time in the day back that they can spend on other things, plus the energy involved in both blowing your load AND the exhaustion afterwards.

Yes. When I was on nofap I couldn't focus on anything but staring at women's breast and asses. Right now I don't look at pornography and masturbate 1-2 times a week and twice now I have spent time with a woman whom I had no intention of having sex with, at the end of the night we start talking about mutual attraction and ended up having sex.
