There's a lot that can be accomplished through simply coming to terms with your emotional shit on your own and meditating on it. Clearly identifying your fears, validating them and accepting them, forgiving yourself for your flaws, releasing the repressed feelings that have been stuffed into your subconcious for so long, it all really helps.
