Not necessarily. There is a connection between being a high quality male and being successful with woman, not getting laid makes you feel defective as a man, and to be fair virgins usually are lacking in a few vital areas which is why we end up this way.

Personally I'm not ashamed of it, but that's because I've always felt I could be content without sex. You either conquer woman or find something else to make you happy.
