Whatever you don't just say "I've got this! I'm smart if I study every night and cram I can pass!" and pat yourself on the back before returning to the exact same habits of games/internet/distractions that got you to this point.

Most important thing is make a plan and hold yourself accountable immediately if you start pulling bullshit "ehhh lemme skip studying tonight, still got a couple weeks".

It helped me to leave the house to go study somewhere else like the library or starbucks
