Everything is just so shit so often I want to go on meds but I cant even get myself together to go see a doctor and I know Ill just make my parents hate me even more than they already do. Is it worth getting on meds or do they just fuck you more?

sertraline 100mg. makes it hard to cum but otherwise pretty good.

I went on for 25mg for about 4-6 months and drank alcohol(1nce per week)/did everything normaly without a problem. Getting off was easy, it didn't eliminate my anxiety but it helped a little bit.

Was on clonazepam, lamotrigine, and escitalopram.

Been off the lamotrigine and escitalopram for a few months now and I kicked the clonazepam 5 days ago.

The clonazepam was the hardest and longest to get off of. Took me a little over a year, I think. If I ran out it would be hell for a few days . Generally though, it wasn't too bad and I feel a lot better now.

Dexedrine.

Cetirizine. Some really heave shit.

Prescribed Paxil and Abilify but I've been off my meds for around 3 years after dropping them cold turkey. I'm a fucking mess but I hate the feeling of having my mind altered by anything, it feels like I'm being controlled and manipulated, same reason I still haven't tried any recreational drugs or alcohol. The side effects were also pretty fucking annoying.
