There are no muscles on the wrist, only bone and tendons. Only way to get thicker wrists is to eat so much you get blubber there, so maybe try targetting 300+lbs of fat.

Well, eat more bruh. Lifts weights, bruh. Easier said than done I know but that's basically your only fix. That and if you wait 16 or so more years you'll probably start gaining weight. It's not weight anyone really wants though.

Bone grows outwardly from the strain of a tendon pulling during exercise. Think of the bone stretching away like super tough taffy. In forensic anthropology you can tell how physical a human was in their life by looking at the muscle attachments and seeing how wide, or how far away the bone stretched itself at those attachments.
You want bigger wrists? Work out a couple times a week for a couple years and the areas of tendon attachment will be wider, more robust. This is bone we're talking about so it takes years, but completely possible at whatever age you happened to be.
