The first time I walked off a job, it was a mcjob at a subway. Bunch of gettho coworkers, once they figured out that I would do what I was asked to then the other workers started all piling work onto me.
I wasn't in the bosses clique so she'd shit on me and a few other coworkers all the time. Things like making us go to a mandatory meeting at 6 in the morning the day after working closing shift, lots of general yelling. Female dominant workplace so the guys would do literally anything physical. One guy would be made to be on a ladder reaching overhead all the time because he was tall but the boss ignored how he had 2 fractured disks in his spine.

The last straw was when I was busting ass in the middle of lunch rush and the manager was shitting on me to a customer in line while I had spent till 1 in the morning the night before doing literally every bit of cleaning for that day. So I put my keys on the counter and snuck out of the building.
