Does anyone get insecure when high? I have been using Cannabis for four years now, and about half of the time it is not pleasant because I get so insecure. I would say I am more of an insecure person than others, and I worry a lot about the future. When I get high, these insecurities come out even more for some reason, almost to the point where it scares me. I would say I am an average-looking person. If I clean myself up, and I'm in a good mood people can perceive me as an attractive, charming guy. Sometimes when I get high though, I start thinking that I'm a worthless, ugly guy. Why would weed do this to me? Anyone else experience this?

It really blew my fucking mind when I was a teenager and realized how much city-folk pay for weed.
I grew up in a town where there was either actually money as a currency, or weed as a currency. People would trade pounds of weed for a car or shit like that.
Seriously, then I went to a city for the first time and tried to get some weed and the guy wanted me to pay like 80 dollars for what I could get for free in the hometown. Just a lil nug costs like 40 bucks in the city. I'm getting ounces for like 10 bucks in my town. I was making weed brownies in high school.

I live in WA state and have been smoking for nearly 7 years, and I'm 22 now. Every day smoker for most of that time, except when cleaning up for jobs. Now its legal and dispensaries are everywhere, friends parents smoke weed, hempfest is getting huge.
So tired of the it. Stoner culture is boring. When I hang out with smoker friends they just get high and don't know what else to do but video games, though it was like that before I quit. Theres only so many times I can get high with people and go walk around the same parks before it gets really fucking boring. Buddies gf is jobless, but cannot go outside or do anything without "getting high" right before. She doesn't even get high anymore, just needs it.
Its not weeds fault, just the local culture with the normalization of it. Weed is fantastic, but me and the people I know grew dependant from always having it around. It made it easy to throw away days because you feel good already and don't need to do shit. Also I feel like it affected my testosterone levels.
Exercise is just better for me lately. Getting high is boring, I wasted tons of money, and if I smoked today, my tolerance is now so low I'd probably have a panic attack.
Have fun with it but don't be like us, and ffs don't wake up and smoke just because. Its better as a reward.
