I am not a trump supporter at all, he definitely should not be president but I feel really bad now. Has anybody ever loved Donald trump his entire life? He's had a string of artificial money based marriages and probably was never actually raised by his millionaire dad. He's been constantly made fun of for years and years. I don't think anybody has ever loved Donald trump and that's really sad
>>
you don't need to feel bad for Donald anon

he's a literal multi millionaire / billionaire, he's doing fine
>>
>>37394117

>>37394162
I mean yeah but it doesn't do anything for him he has no genuine relationships and is eating himself to death
>>
Donald should buy the White House and live there permanently.
>>
>>37394200
I mean I am not contesting the election results or anything I just meant personally I don't want him to be president. Of course he gets to serve since he was elected
>>
>>37394117
Everyone around him uses him for his money. He has no real friends. It's clear from his Roast and his Howard Stern appearance that he's a down to earth guy that just wants to chill. But everyone despises him and he's not the type to retreat or beg forgiveness so he bites back, digging himself deeper into this hole of seclusion. He thought he could find some happiness as president but it's only served to distance him from his wife and make everyone hate him more.

Such is the life of the don
>>
>>37394117

Your sympathy is wasted cause he doesn't care, he is a sociopath like nearly all the top businessmen (and a lot of politicians.)
>>
There's deep irony and pain in his life. All of his success is a gross exaggeration of the truth. He built an empire in the public eye and was always mocked, despite his wealth and "apparent" success. He ran for president because he probably just wanted the attention. Now he has to deal the with the most difficult job he's ever been faced with, while being mocked and laughed at worse than ever before. He will most likely go down in history as a nothing more as a buffoon.
>>
>>37394303

No way. He's going to be the greatest and truest American president for 100 years.
>>
>>37394341
I unironicalIy believe this
>>
>>37394259
It's really depressing. Whether you agree with his actions or not I think it's clear that his policy is just whatever he thinks will keep his image. If he would have been raised poor and with a real family maybe he would be happy with a family who loves him and a fulfilling life instead of continuing to dig his hole.
>>
>>37394341

Are you sure you aren't projecting your own feelings onto Trump? How many of things you are questioning about Trump can you question about yourself?

I think Trump is fine, he didn't mind unblocking an arms deal to Saudi Arabia to kill more kids.
>>
>>37394488
He's quite the shitposter
>>
>>37394117

Donald Trump is essentially a god. Not in the meme sense, but in sense that he has been given everything his entire life and everyone around him treats him with a reverence.

He's never been wrong. He's never failed. He's had any woman or man he's ever wanted. He became the most powerful man in the world simply by wanting too. He didn't work to be president, at least not in the traditional way. He decided to do it and the people around him made it so.

Anyway, my point with all of this is this. Do you think a person that who has never experienced any sort of negativity or desire capable of love? Can a man who has never tasted anything except success (feel free to point out his business failures, but at the end of the day he just passed the blame onto his staff and punished them accordingly) and never wanted for anything capable of love?
>>
>>37394455

>CITATION NEEDED

They will never pin this on Trump. Nor will they want too. Since such proof would basically invalidate the entire election.
>>
>>37394577
I think he would have to experience a failure that he owns. Everybody even him has had failures but the difference is that he never accepts responsibility. If he could find a way to accept himself as imperfect then he could but he is an old man and I don't know if he will ever want to change
>>
>>37394576
That he is
>>
>>37394603
Their "proof" is claiming Russia used wikileaks to publish harming documents against Killary, saying that this influenced the election, which maybe it did, but their argument is literally "reeee we lost because we were exposed to be a bunch of crooks reeeeeeeeeee impeeeeeeaaaccchhhhh" and the average liberal normie is clinging to this narrative like a fucking child to its safety blanket. hard to put into words the mental hell these libs have gone through since November, total meltdown

>A man who wished to become the most powerful man in the world, and by happenstance and intervention and a series of disasters was granted his wish. Surely he must have imagined that more power meant more flattery, a grander image, a greater hall of mirrors reflecting back his magnificence. But he misunderstood power and prominence. This man had bullied friends and acquaintances, wives and servants, and he bullied facts and truths, insistent that he was more than they were, than it is, that it too must yield to his will. It did not, but the people he bullied pretended that it did. Or perhaps it was that he was a salesman, throwing out one pitch after another, abandoning each one as soon as it left his mouth. Being a businessman does not give you authority to use Russian equipment to set up a secret back channel to communicate with the Kremlin while Obama was still president.

Flynn was on the transition team when he lied about what he said in the phone call. Flynn told the transition team he was under investigation, Obama told Trump Flynn was a bad idea, and Sally Yates warned them about Flynn, nevertheless Trump persisted.

Manafort was lobbying for the Putin government, he doesn't need to be compromised when he's already carrying out their agenda. At a bare minimum, Trump is Russia's useful idiot who didn't realize so many suspicious people were on his team and in his administration, and has handled all of the fallout in the wrong way. If he was innocent, he would have done more to distance himself from all these scandals.

Don't you think it's odd that only 5 years ago Republicans were saying Russia was our greatest threat, and today they are dodging the question of if they'll honor NATO article 5 and publically criticizing our relationship with Germany, coincidentally a Russian goal since 1945?

Basically, the checks and balances system is gone. Congress rules, and Congress rules.

In 1995 the checks and balances "lock" on Congress was removed. Congress can be "outvoted" or they can stay indefinitely, there's no limit.

If elections can be rigged, then there isn't a check and balance on Congress.

It's supposed to be the President's job to check Congress but with term limits on the presidency while none for Congress, the President is in a hard spot.

The judicial arm is neutered right now because they cannot prosecute, and all federal agencies and military is under the payroll of Congress and thereby under the wide reach of Congress.

So without removing term limits on the president, the only way to balance congress is through the judicial branch.

And it's the president's power to appoint Supreme Court justices.

I dunno. Does congress all like each other?

Tbh I'm sort of glad Trump got elected. If Hillary won, it would have been 4 more years of the left losing whatever enthusiasm it had left, and Republicans would keep shifting to the right and becoming more and more obstructionist. Giving Republicans so much control has both exposed the Republicans for only being able to obstruct, and not able to govern, while also forcing the Democrats to reform and give up on the status quo. Politics was boring under the last few years of Obama. Most people could go weeks without being reminded who the president was. Fucking nobody knew who Obama's secretary of education was, nobody knew who the deputy director of the FBI was, nobody knew who the head of the EPA was, nobody knew who the head of the FCC was, etc etc. Now people care. Now people know what's at stake in every election. People are starting to realize just how far right the GOP is.

Stalin killed Nazis and defended his country from the west. Doesn't make him a good person on the whole. If Assad were a good leader, he wouldn't have suppressed dissent so harshly and would have put his country on the path to democracy. Maybe this whole mess could have been avoided since nobody would want to join the rebels or ISIS in that case.

lol the rebels stemmed from the Arab spring, another western backed fiasco, and isis stemmed from... guess.

there's no democratic struggle, the people want him. Israel, USA don't so they flood country with guns and dissenters. your American ignorance is showing

What would Russia gain from "infiltrating" the U.S. government in the first place? It's not like they're communists anymore. It seems like pointless sensationalism.

Putin is afraid of the Clintons. He resents Bill for his role in shaping post Soviet Russia, and he is afraid of Hillary for her work as Secretary of State. He blamed her for opposition protests as well. Stopping her from becoming president was his main goal. Nothing is confirmed yet, but here's Jill Stein with Micheal Flynn and Putin... I'm pretty sure Putin supported Stein to try and split the progressive vote as well.

His entire life has been nothing but winning, and as one last final win he gets to be fucking President of the united states before he dies. Don't feel bad for him.

So Stein and Trump were on Putins side to stop the Clintons, a perfidious political establishment family, and this is supposed to be bad?

Detroit and Chicago are run by democrats. Detroit is in so much debt that the whole city had to file for bankruptcy and Chicago is the murder capital of the US.

And exposed their corruption? How is that a bad thing? Fucking commie fag

Regardless of what you think of the Clintons, it sets a fucking awful precedent. This election cycle it was Russia. Next election cycle it could be China or Brazil or Indonesia or who fucking knows, and if we let Russia get away with it, we have to let everyone get away with it.

I didn't attach a value judgement to it. Of course the DNC is corrupt. Theres also literally nothing communist about supporting Democrats. FWIW, actual communists mostly support Putin and think this Russia story is bogus. https://youtu.be/4QM_eONEswM

The world is so much better off because she isn't president, do you know that? Do you know how hungry for war she is, especially in Syria? It would've been Iraq part 2. I understand your point but it was essential that she lost.
