Who will enforce laws and ensure fair justice?

Maintenance requires high intelligence and peak physical fitness. Robots are going to overeat, self-indulge, and take advantage of each other. Don't forget that many robots have degenerate sexual appetites. Do you honestly feel comfortable sleeping with your bedroom door unlocked on an island of Robots?
