If you aren't making gains, get on a beginner program like SS or SL and read /fit/'s sticky. Personally I'm running a variation of this routine (pic related). You could just go on a slight caloric surplus so you don't gain much fat while bulking.

The worst part about my oneitis situation is that she likes me back. I know this and still can't take the leap. I'm waiting for an excuse, which may never come, to start a conversation.
