Assuming you have no social media and don't let people take photos of you, old acquaintances and normies in general soon forget exactly what you look like. You can further retard their recognition of you with choice of outfit, hair, etc. and by avoiding a schedule. eg. if you have 3 local supermarkets, rotate them randomly. Don't go to the same one each week, don't go shopping on the same day or at the same time, don't use the same checkout worker.
