Nope.

I worked for a company that repaired out of warranty phones. If the security wasnt so tight (fuckloads of the staff use to steal the phones) i would have smuggled out tons and tons of selfies.

later at home, how much time? Not much I just search the drive for photos and stuff, just takes a few mins per drive

it's pretty fun, sometimes you get nothing sometimes you hit the motherload and wind up with hundreds of private photos of young girls

>>
>>37291841
>I know but what if it's hundreds of thousands of photos? How's just scrolling a "quick scan"?
You group them by name, file size and type and where they are on the computer

most people don't a have hundreds of thousands of OC photos, and they keep all their OC photos in the same place and they will be of similar size and file name

then you just scan those with your eyes, not hard

How far is it acceptable to go when fixing someone 'pc problems' For example fter you remove malware or whatever is it also acceptable to uninstall stupid programs and disable ridiculous startup programs? Or if you do a full format is it ok to do a bare non bloat install and also install good programs on their behalf?
>>
>>37293289

Anything where you cant prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it is above 18 years of age is illegal, as soon as any type of sexual context is present.

A drawing or photo of a 17 year old girl bending over with the focus of the camera on her ass is illegal, even if she is wearing jeans.

Most people dont realise, that under the current definition of cp, most facebook pictures are illegal. It is part of a bigger plan by the government to curtail sexual freedoms of the population and to create a legal framework, where they can lock up anybody at any time.

A bonus point is that nobody will stand up for those people, because ""pedophiles""" are treated like pariahs in our society. (see milo)

It is real though. But the laws are so vague, that they are not being enforced. Government only brings down the hammer when it is convenient for them.

In the US it is a little bit different, since only depictions of actual people are illegal, but not simulated cp.

In Europe and other cucked countries however, there have been people who got convicted, because they had some pictures of naked african tribespeople, who were underage in their photoalbums.

German law goes as far to even criminalise mere texts, with no pictures present.

That shit is actually crazy, but most people dont know about that stuff and nobody dares to speak out in public out of fear for being labled a pedo sympathiser.

Pic related would be illegal under EU law for example, if she were underage. But since that is Elsa Jean it is legal ofc.

Obscene content is a whole different ballgame.

Sexual depictions of minors are not illegal, if they are not found to be obscene. Obscene material can get you locked up, even if the actors are 40 years old.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashcroft_v._Free_Speech_Coalition

Meanwhile Paul Little aka Max Hardcore went to jail over obscene content, which featured legal aged performers, because he was pissing on people and stuff.

Nudity is no longer necassary in Europe, neither in America btw.

There was a case in the US, I actually dont remember the tile, where some dude had pictures of girls in Swimsuites, which were posing in lewd poses, and he got locked up, because his appeal was denied by the supreme court.
>>
>>37294258
>Sexual depictions of minors are not illegal, if they are not found to be obscene.

Nigger any drawing of a kid taking dick is going to be seen as obscene by any normie prosecutor and jury who find it
>>
>>37294299

Obscenity trials almost never happen and if they do, most people get acquitted, because all that it takes is one 4channer on the jury and you have a mistrial.

They had to try some dude who made simultated snuff porn infront of 5 different jurys to get a conviction, only for it to be overturned by a higher court.

A German lawyer told me, that German tax agents go straight for the bookshelf, as soon as they get a search warrant. They find what the law deems cp in about 2/3 of the cases, when they search family photo albums.

It is much easier for them to just lock people up on bogus cp charges instead of doing real police work, just like with the war on drugs.

I haven't seen the pictures obviously, but according to the court documents, they were similar to that Elsa Jean pic up there and pic related.

According to US law, the age does not make a difference, unless the person is above 18 years of age. The law essentially treats a 3 year old the same as 17 year old when it come to that stuff.

>>
>>37295622

They didn't mention that, but in Austria and Germany, they can get a search warrant for pretty much any reason, including "the experienced judgement of a police officer".

They can even do an online search of your computer now, without even notifying you beforehand.

For example ,according to european law it is illegal to obtain guidelines on how to manufacture explosives. So getting a book on organic chemistry is everything that is required for them to obtain a search warrant.

There have even been cases in Germany, where 15 year old kids have gotten a visit from the "SWAT team" for ordering Copper Sulfate online. Even though you cant even use that stuff to make explosives.

Experienced Judgement means:

>Dude orders non hazardous chemicals
>Person knows chemistry and obtains chemicals
>Therefore he might be making explosives, since there is a correlation present here.
>>
>>37295734

The law never matches up with common sense, Kill your wife in one state, get 5 years, kill her in another state, death penalty

Rape a woman and beat her? get 4 years.

Get caught with a a baggie of drugs? 20 years

have 20 bottles of liquor in your home, fine

1/8 oz of weed, prison

nothing makes sense anon
>>
>>37295754
Shit related to explosives I can understand because of the risk of terrorist attacks which can actually kill people. But 16 year olds posing in swimsuits? What the fuck
>>
>>37295640

It is not, the case was presented by one of the top lawyers in my country at some law-forum.

A similar case is being discussed by an Austrian civil rights lawyer in this video I think:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGURRFKa8Vg

Don't know the exact time though. The facts where almost identical, the only differnce was, that there was a gay dude involved here.
>>
>>37295814

They dont really care about explosives. All they care about is getting a search warrant. Because thats what they need to go through your stuff and arrest you for some bogus charge.

People in Germany almost never get charged with the crime that the search warrant was intended for, but rather some unrelated drug or cp crime. They call this "Zufallsfund" (aka random find) in German.

Are you this retarded to mot notice the FBI party van outside?

Homicide includes manslaughter, the distinction is whether you get charged with that or murder (but that typically depends more on the local prosecutor than state law AFAIK, though I'm sure there are some mild differences on what acts count as what.)

Point being ending someone's life through your own fault

will land you less time in prison than possessing small amounts of certain drugs

Drug posession shouldn't be a crime anyway.

Remember stupid liberals?

That's why a lot of (intellectually consistent) liberals are for drug decriminalization or outright legalization.

Yeah, but those people arent really leftists, the are more what one would call "left libertarian".

But try to bring that reasoning to a person like Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama. They might support abortion, but they dont do it for philosophical reasons. They do it just because it is the opposite of what Republicans stand for.

In politics nothing is easy.

It doesn't matter how much sense it makes to say legalize weed if it ends up costing you seats in congress/senate and your opponents jump on the issue and you still got nothing done about it anyways.

Take for example the carbon tax/cap and trade, republicans used to be *for* it, until the tea party took over and then suddenly they were against it.
For it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvzT1S8p-ZM
Against it : http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2011/dec/07/newt-gingrich/gingrich-claims-he-never-favored-cap-and-trade/
