I hate that about the gym too. Especially the one by where I live, it's only fit people who go there.
Depending on your financial situation, get a spinbike or something for where you live. Then you can work out in your own home, look up workouts online, and watch TV or something while you go

If you're running or stuff like that, set time usually works better than set distances for motivation. Just set a stopwatch for 20 min then after that, you can be done running regardless of how far you went

I've got no idea what I would do for a schedule for working out and I don't eat much so I doubt I would see improvements anyway.
Going to the gym would mean paying for gym and spending more on food to pull myself out of the skeleton life.

How exactly will it help an incurable autoimmune disease and chronic diarrhea? I'm depressed because I'm physically unable to go out like a normal person and do fun activities. I even had to stop playing sports in 2 clubs.

Working out alone is the comfiest. Working out with others is basically a dick measuring contest.

I have absolutely no experience in that area. I don't even know HOW to join a gym. And if I did I don't even know if I know how to do stuff right. I'll be too afraid to talk to anyone, too.
Also I'll probably start eating a lot more, then give up on working out, and just be fat.
