Dilute the pills in water and squirt them up your ass with a needleless syringe. Make sure you take trople the oral dose as it's less effective rectally demonstrated. It'll cost more but it's the only way to prevent getting addicted.

Just take it infrequently enough that you don't build a tolerance. If it starts becoming routine, stop. If you have to take more to have the same effect you used to get, stop for a good while.
Speaking from experience. Never got addicted.
