i only drink the non-sugar, non-carbonated, +tea variations. i drink one as my work shift gets started.

if you've only had 5 hours of sleep, they aren't gonna do shit.

if you read the ingredients on the cans i drink, it's literally vitamins and like taurine, if anything these things are giving you a serving of vitamins everyday.
