>Should I list my race on applications, robots?
Why the literal fuck would you do that
No

yes don't forget to mention your autism

because they ask for it, but it's optional to give them an answer.

Depends on where you live. For instance, do you have a "white" name? Are you in a mostly Hispanic/Black area? Entry level position? List your race as Hispanic or Black. Are you a minority in a white city? Don't list race.

Ohhh I see, yeah go ahead and list it then
I thought you meant like putting your race on your resume like
JOE JOHNSON: BLACK MALE
which is autistic af
But if they are asking demographic information in the application it's purely in your favor that you answer truthfully

Check every single box
Yes, recruiters don't actually see it. It is only used for reporting purposes.

Idk about you but if I had a business I'd hire an army of autists.

I'm in a 75% white town, I have a white name but I'm a Negus.

If you're black, don't do it unless you're an absolute perfect fit for the job. Contrary to what all the white whiners say on here, black people do not get preferential treatment. Companies usually have a quota and once they meet the number of blacks they decided on, they wont hire anymore. Your best bet is to luck out and have a black hiring manager or not list your race and charm them in an interview.

What company are you applying to? What position?
If it's well established then I think it would be in your benefit to list your race. Smaller, less public facing companies might have more leeway and less oversight in the hiring process, depending on the racial dynamics in your city listing your race might be a detriment to you
