There is money in arbitrage but its scarce. You cant expect to buy dome drugs today for a price and then sell them down the road for a higher price, do you? You have to research drug prices in places near you and find possible selling places (where the drugs generally cost higher). Then you have to see if there is a noticeable quality change, because you can't go and sell shitty brick weed for example if they already have good stuff. Then you have to make sure the dealers there won't kill you for taking over a market share.
