i`ve met a shitton of borderline girls and tumblerites that were covered from head to toe in cutting scars, thats the point at were it gets disturbing

also i`ve read on some anon that lost a foot due to infection after cutting, fucking scary

I rarely self harm anymore. But at it's worst I hit my head really hard, against walls, my fists, metal pipes. I really liked hitting my head since the physical pain would replace the mental pain. I don't really like wrist cutting since it's hot here, so I always would have to wear longish sleeves or cut in less enjoyable places on my body.

I was actually considering taking it up back in my depressed period from last august to march. Luckily I knew that physical pain wouldn't do anything for me. I don't get the ideology that physical pain will be a distraction. It'd only give me another issue to worry about. And I hate having an imperfection on my body, like a cut, bruise, pimple, etc, it;d drive me mad seeing a scar there every day.

To sum up, it's stupid and those who do it are even more stupid.

It's impulsive self sabotage, and makes people want to avoid you. I'm a smoker though, so I have little room to judge.

Self-harm is for attention whore faggots who are: 1) either too much of a pussy to kill themselves and be done with it; 2) idiots who can't canalize their negative emotions into something like art or a hobby.

I used cut the outside of my forearms when I was 18 or so. Now, almost 10 years later I still have prominent scars and always self consious wearing short sleaves.
I wish I just took drugs and drank like normal people.
