Yes. Pic related, the blue one on the right is the top tier meta right now for attack types (the 3 blades stick out and trigger "burst"( dismantling in the middle of battle).
And the one on the left is the strongest stamina/defense type that is banned in tournaments by the official creator. (the circle-like round shape gives it great balance and stamina while the edges allow bursts.

SOrry I took a while I was looking around the house for them but I finally found them. THis is nowhere near my full collection as it is just what I could find.
Also, as autistic as it sounds I used to play bey blade competitively and went to tournaments for it lol. I got 4th place out of like 50-70 people one time.

In the new anime they can't control them too so they explain the basic types of launch pretty well.

With defense types you usually wanna get into the center of the stadium the fastest, with stamina types, if you're against an attack type, you have to adapt to they way your opponents launches so you can dodge it's attacks and win by spinning. If against defense/other stamina types, you have to know what the oponent's bey is capable of, you know if you can fight it and win, or try to dodge the contact.These are just the basics honestly.

There were 3 buttons. One was go to right, second was go to left, third was gain more spin.
In the habsro version there was 1 extra button that would cause the beyblade to move randomly.
