Be careful OP, benzos are a slippery slope. Make sure to take tolerance breaks every now and then so the addiction won't get as bad and it could be.

Benzos are for emergency use to prevent panic attacks. They aren't meant for daily anxiety. You don't want to experience benzo withdrawals.

Benzodiazepines and the like actually fucking work. No bullshit side effects and you feel them start working in as little as fifteen minutes. Of course life is cruel in its magnanimity so they lose effectiveness over time due to tolerance and if you take them for a while you get addicted and have seizures and can die if you don't taper off carefully.

I honestly just don't trust prescription drugs anymore. When I was a kid I was given Ritalin and it fucked me up but my (((doctor))) assured me I should keep taking it.

Granted I know as little about how LSD works as I do any prescription drug but at least I can see the effects and decide for myself if it's actually helping. Also dont have to deal with with any of the bullshit side effects.

I don't microdose regularly so you should probably ask a more experienced user in the next drug thread you find. Although if you already feel more anxious while on acid microdosing might not be for you.

About 1 tab kind of "resets" my brain for about a week and makes me feel much more outgoing and confident. Larger doses usually leave me feeling burnt out for a few days though. I truly believe LSD has helped me manage my depression and anxiety but I had a small depressive episode after taking ~500 ugs so my advice is just learn what you can handle and use it responsibly, preferably with support from someone that will help if things go bad.
