I want to but at the same time, id become really lonely as I dont really have any friends and I dont interact with people outside of work.

yeah, it's pretty much a no-win situation though.
since i can't make friends or even leave my apartment on most days i'm really miserable and lonely now that i live on my own, but living with parents made me feel so ashamed every single day. even now when i go visit i'm so fucking ashamed every time even though my parents are the only friends i really have, and when i go back home i just go back to feeling like killing myself again.
what is a man to do in such a situation? i don't know.
