Normies = steady job holders
It's hard as fuck to hold a job. Harder as your pay increases.
nah you just gotta git gud
make yourself invaluable
Depends whether the job is union or not. If you get in with a union and manage to keep an acceptable record for a couple years you become nearly impossible to fire unless you do something flagrantly unacceptable.
No its not just do what your told

yep this works they wont let you go
pay increases mean they want to keep you on
>>36893044
Yeah but that doesn't mean they won't give you a workload that goes up to your eyeballs to dig out of.

>not working a shitty high turn over job that lacks any real, decent employees so you can have plenty of sick days and they just dont care because you at least ring in and show up 80% of the time
just do factory work.

>factory jobs
>having a lot of leave
Pick one. There's a reason for that high turnover rate - it's hard to hold down because of the workload.
>>36892999
It's much harder to get a job than keep one.

>Harder as your pay increases
I've noticed the opposite. My pay increases with seniority, and my quality of work has been plummeting.
