Help, I just started Prozac and feel like I feel more anxious which can last for multiple weeks, and getting heart palpitations and feeling shit... do you think I just stop and just smoke weed or what?

yes prozac can do that. it won't stop completely but it will reduce over time. it wont stop though. tell ur Dr. Ask if he can put you onto something weaker.
