Can we get a comfy nice thread going where anons are kind to one another and share comfy pics at the same time? Lets talk about stuff! How is everyone's day going?
Going to post some comfy environments for anons
>>36847434
My day is going well, I ended up assisting a family member move furniture in their home this day. Now I'm sitting back and enjoying the view of my own home. Browsing freely here. What're you up to OP?
Why must men and women fight? Why can't we all be friends?
Lets go for a walk! Dont go too far, we dont want to get lost out here.
Sounds good, OP, Here's me in nevada
I don't have any comfy pictures, but am I allowed to join anyway?
I've been sitting on a risky decision for a while, but I don't know if that's a comfy topic.
>>36847463
Thats very kind of you anon, its good to help out others for things when they need your help. You must be tired after all that heavy lifting, is your home /comfy/?
Today is going well, I'm done with school and move out in a few days. Right now I'm sitting comfortably on my computer amidst a sea of boxes and junk that i'll need to pack up soon before I go home.
my room, circa 2017
>>36847475
I dont understand either, hopefully one day things will be better and more comfy between the genders.
>>36847477
Wow great photo, so thats you in the photo? The landscape looks really beautiful, I bet it gets spooky there at night time out in the wilderness. Would you rate it as a comfy place to live? Hope you are having a great day!
>>36847510
My home is totally comfortable, without a doubt in my mind. It's where I spend most of my free time if I'm not doing anything at all for the day.
>>36847503
Of course anon, everyone is welcome. Feel free to chat and save some comfy images. Gosh I guess if you want to open up about what is on your mind I would encourage you to do so any maybe us anons can give you some advice so that you dont do something that gets you hurt.
>>36847525
Wow, thats such a big change in your life, finishing school and moving out as well. Must feel daunting. I hope everything is going smoothly for you anon, are you moving into somewhere nice?
>>36847530
Your room looks comfy and clean, well done. Looks comfy.
>>36847580
Thats great, I love my home too. Its a small apartment but I keep it cosy and nice and like you I spend most of my time there as a neet.
>>36847434
Nervous because im seeing my therapist again tomorrow
>>36847674
It can be hard to open up to people, I understand I used to see therapists. What is it that makes you so nervous if you dont mind me asking?
>>36847559
yeah its me, I only lived there for three months for a summer job but I would definetly rate it as comfy. I drove across the state twice a week on a lonely highway and 90 percent of the state looks like that, endless sandy desert with sagebrush, very nice landscape.
I love all of you and I hope all of you get everything you want in life. I'm rooting for you.
>>36847530
Comfy.
>>36847751
Wow that sounds like quite a great adventure anon! It must have been quite lonely out there on the road.
>>36847757
We love you too anon, I hope good things come your way and that you are happy.
>>36847665
Pools are comfy as hell
I especially like video game pools, and Middle Eastern influenced baths. I spent hours in Skyrim just downloading player housing mods with pools
>>36847824
Yeah they are super comfy, I havent been to one since I was a kid though. I think they remind me of childhood fun, I remember the water flumes and floats and slides that really made it.
Wish I could go to the pool with my anon buddies
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tl7t-Mt08H8
heres some /nice and comfy/ approved 80s pop music to listen to
>>36847717
Just some of the wierd and fucked up things I do that im going to have to tell me. And she will likely just tell me to let this girl go aswell
>>36847890
In the old city I used to live in, we had a huge wave pool with an enclosed spiral water slide that was like 2 or 3 storeys tall, it would be close to the roof of that pic or higher. It was great fun with my friends. Then we moved away and I got acne all over my body and never went to a pool again.
>>36847928
actually it was like this, the slide was roughly this big, but the pool itself was bigger. I remember we went at some time where there were barely any people, maybe like 7 people max in the whole pool including my two friends. We'd take running starts and dive head first into the slide (both things were not allowed by the rules/lifeguard).
If I was rich, I'd get a rooftop pool to myself to swim in at night, instead of a mansion or personal jet or supercar.
>>36848018
I understand totally anon, I used to talk about so much weird and creepy stuff, I still worry about the impression that I made because I suppose im vein like that.
I think its brave that you are nervous but that you are going anyway, you should be proud. Whatever happens with you and the girl I am sure things will work out for the best.
>>36848077
Those sound like really special and magical times that you had with your friends, its sad that you grew older and moved away; just like me as well. But at least you have the fond memories to look back on. It seems like it was a really fancy pool! Much fancier than what I had near me when I was a kid. I was afraid of some of the floats, there was an inflatable obstacle course that I would refuse to go on. I wasnt a very good swimmer.
Summers getting closer anons
Lets go on an adventure today
Its not getting dark yet, we still have time to explore! Lets go explore the forest anons, dont fall into the water. Be careful!
What a comfy looking town
>>36847530
>dirty laundry lives out in the open in his room
You're used to the smell, but nobody else is brother. Your room stinks of balls and feet.
comfy urban nightscape
/comfy/ cyberpunk environments await us in the near future anons.
>>36848464
Very comfy photo anon, heres another city one
some find this comfy, some not.
not new or original but still comfy
Love all of you anons
comfy skyrim river
>>36848596
I wish I had a car so I could /night drive/
>>36848650
Very pretty, Skyrim with mods looks so good. Here is some comfy Morrowind concept artwork. I spent so many hours on Morrowind, it was my favorite installment in the series.
>>36847434
I don't really know.
Would you think my room is practical or comfy?
I aslso have a TV hanging from my wall in perfect position to watch stuff while lying on bed.
>never going to be able to take a $7K train ride through the Canadian wilderness
>>36848715
Forgot pic ofc.
What a magical forest, my troubles wont find me here. No society, only nature.
>>36848718
that looks extremely comfortable, I could probably live in such a small cabin forever if I had a laptop with internet and maybe a weekly stop to get off somewhere
>>36848718
That is some top tier comfy. Imagine being in the middle of nowhere and the wind and rain and snow lashing down, dark forests all around and you are safe and comfy tucked into your bed reading r9k comfy threads and watching downloaded anime.
>>36848699
I missed getting into Morrowind, I had a choice between getting that and GTA 3 as a kid and picked the wrong game.
What a comfy little bedroom
>>36848734
I wish I had a set of blinds like that. I like to keep my room dark 24/7.
Pic: Hotel lobbies are drafted and furnished with comfiness in mind.
>>36848734
It looks /comfy/ anon, do you enjoy your current set up? The chair looks expensive.
Why is water in video games so comfy?
>>36848865
Two great choices to pick from, I bet you had a lot of fun with GTA3 nontheless.
>>36848817
REEEEEEEE
/r9k/ train trip meetup when? That's a level of comfy I want to experience someday
>>36848918
I really like it. I wish I had space and a second GPU for a third monitor (mounted above the other 2 screens).
My current GPU does support 3 screens at the same time, though I also have my TV attached to my PC so that's taking up a slot aswell.
It's the DX Racer6 or whatever. My parents got it for me for Christmas.
>>36848817
I'd love to just sit and watch the Rockies whip by
Pic related is American

Patriotism is a mental disorder.
Cybercomfy checking in
>>36848976
Definitely, GTA 3 was mindblowing. But I feel sad because I couldn't get into Morrowind, though I tried recently. It was just too far gone. Same way I could replay FF7 and have fun because I played it as a kid, but most 13 year olds today probably wouldn't be able to get into it because of the graphics. Oh well, can't experience everything
>>36848981
Trains are pretty comfy anon, especially in winter although sometimes theres delays from snow on the track. We need to get an r9k train.
>>36849010
Out of our comfy thread and back to /leftypol/
>>36849003
Looks super comfy, its got curtains and everything for when it gets dark, pillows, a table too. Imagine some alcohol and some anons and a little r9k train journey with each of us having our own room. That would be amazing.
>>36848996
Sounds great anon, it must run games really well. I dont have a battlestation myself, just my laptop but I can run games like Overwatch okay. Sounds like you have some nice parents.
sunset in modded skyrim
>>36849012
I see you anon, welcome! Heres some blade runner comfy
>>36849126
It's pretty damn great, only barrier is money. I'd love to book a trip with some anons on the Empire Builder and get off at Glacier Park and go on a hike.
>>36849074
I understand, I myself enjoyed Morrowind a ton when I was growing up and I think what is left for me now is nostalgia where I probably wouldnt enjoy the game very much if it werent for that. I tried playing FF7 as well but I couldnt get into it that much either because I didnt have it when I was a kid. GTA3 was mindblowing, I remember playing GTA1 when I was a really young kid, first the demo then we got the real thing, to see a grand theft auto game in full 3d from street level was just incredible.
I want to do the Coast Starlight train ride from LA to Seattle with you anons. Bonus points if we time it so there's a convention in Seattle when we get there.
>>36849230
Nothing better than a view of the Rockies from here
warm pool with heated water, much relaxation
>>36849151
They can afford quite abit, but I don't care.
I don't really play that many games besides CS GO. I always plan to play Witcher 3 or the original ME triology but after a few hours I just get bored and go back to CS GO.
What bugs me more is that I'm basically disappointing my father in being unable to get a job as good and well paying as his.
Pic related is the view from a different angle.
I had to hold the panorama short and lower the bitrate because of filesize constraints.
>>36849299
I love the seating plan, it looks really comfy in there. I bet its great fun to ride on that train.
last skyrim screenshot - small comfy cabin.
>>36849317
Thats a great photo of your room, it looks really comfy with your tv and the dark and everything. I understand, at least you have been able to find a job though so thats something positive. I dont have a job at the moment and I often worry about how I let my parents down, but I am looking and trying to be positive.
>>36849365
Looks super comfy anon, thanks for sharing your Skyrim screenies
>>36849402
thanks. Some video games are comfier than real life in my opinion. I spent two weeks in the Canadian Arctic with a small Native community last year - sadly it was very uncomfy, flat land and nothing but dirt. I think Tokyo looks much comfier, although I've never been there.
>>36849567
Eek, that sounds a little bit rough. It must have been cold too. Tokyo is top tier aesthetic. Lost in translation was comfy
Also are LAN partys comfy?
I know the people can be a hassle but I think as long as you keep it to your closest friends it's gonna be fine, right?
>>36849793
They give off a comfy vibe for sure, all that glow of computer monitors and nice friends.
>>36849793
it really depends on the venue and the people
I had some LAN sessions with 3-5 close friends on our laptops in a basement, we played Age of Empires 2, Age of Mythology, Warcraft 3, and Heroes of Might and Magic 3 usually, top comfy
>>36850029
Looks comfy anon, my problem is I have no strategy whatsoever. I dont know how to play 4D chess like many others. People who can play them have some part of mind that I dont really have.
>>36849880
It sure does.
>>36850029
Man we played Flatout2, SplitSecond, WC3, COD2 and COD4, CSS.
I could post an imgur album with around 30 pictures I took during the LAN if you want to see them.
Also let's get some comfy music going.
What are you guys listening to right now?
https://youtu.be/F9hagVL-__c
>>36850121
COD2 was such a good COD game, before the masses knew about it. It was a different time. Sure anon, post some comfy lan party images. Thats a comfy song, I havent played MGS3 yet but I am planning on playing the HD re release soon on the ps3, I loved MGS2 a lot when I was a kid.
Just finished a very stressful week, this is just what I need
>>36850243
Fine then, here it is: http://imgur.com/a/FLqUW
I sure hope I'm gonna be able to aattend another LAN like this soon.
I remember watch my cousin play COD 2 SP back then.
Sure looked like fun but I myself was 2 young 2 play it.
And looked super realistic aswell.
>>36850247
Im sorry to hear that, at least its behind you now. Hopefully the following week will be kinder to you. Get comfy with us anons.
>>36850277
Very comfy indeed anon! Looks really cosy with all the screens, looks like you had some yummy BBQ food as well. You must have all had a really great time. I remember going to a LAN once when I was like 10 and I still have a big CRT screen but luckily my dad helped me carry it
Something /comfy/ about this sterile corridor
>>36850438
Only 10 years old?
Man I only started going to LANs when I was 14 or 15.
It's been now nearly 6 years since then.
Wish I had taken pics back then.
I only realized recently I should take these as some sort of memory.

>>36850486
Yeah, there was a local one that I went to but I stopped at about 13, I havent been to any since. We played 1.6 and unreal tournament a lot. Photos are great, a lot of people get sad when they look back so they avoid taking them but I dont. I have a strange perception of time in that I think the past still exists just as much now as it did back then or ever will and its only our limited human perception that stops us from perceiving it. Sorry im rambling.
Moar /comfy/
>>36850589
I want to garden a lot, our communual garden is a joke, its in need of some serious TLC, im daunted at the prospect. Cleaning up the trash would be a good start. I have some flowers that I would like to plant.
>>36850670
In the future anons can explore the anime universe together in VR. We can have a /comfy/ adventure group.
>>36850641
I really like that wishful thinking.
Man how much I wish I could be an immortal vampire traveling the world.

I really hope something like that could happen, it would be cool. :O Anon but you would have to kill people to survive, that would be a terrible fate dont you think? Being a vampire would be pretty cool though.
>>36850886
It's a sacrifice I'm willing to take.
I know I'd be hesitant at first, but as I'd get more and more hungrier I'd be forced to kill and eat.

You'd still be somewhere you don't belong, and you'd know that even if only subconsciously.
I know that feel, I used to want to do the same thing, but when I really thought it over I came to the conclusion that it would be wrong of me to do so, just as its wrong of third world refugees to encroach on the land of my ancestors.
I don't expect you to take what I have to say to heart right now, it took me a long time to accept the conclusion I reached. Understanding that a place you lust after is not a place you belong is a hard pill to swallow.
>>36852979

tell me about it, lovely white snow everywhere, nice and cool, not this burning heat that can give you heatstroke.
Worked for 6 hrs, then got home to a steak and a milkshake. Probably gonna watch 13 reasons then go to sleep.
When I was a kid and first heard about it, I thought that the "key to the city" was a literal key that could unlock any door in a city. I always thought I'd get one no matter what (other kids wanted to be astronauts or cops) and explore office buildings and skyscrapers at night. When I found out that it's not a literal key and more of a useless civic award for outstanding citizens or whatever, it was actually personally much more disappointing to me than realizing Santa Claus wasn't real.

I took a train ride down the coast of California a while back. Really took me by surprise how nice it was. Just sat in the lounge car listening to music and enjoying some coffee, and later some wine. Was a much more enjoyable experience than I would have expected. I'd really recommend trying train travel to anyone who has the opportunity. The next time you want to take a short flight consider Amtrak instead. It'll take much longer but the journey is an end in and of itself.
