Well i started 10,000mcg a day, 5000 in the morning 5000 at night. Before that my beard was absurdly patchy, took ages to grow and was pretty thin

After about 3 weeks it started growing considerably faster and thicker. Still a little bit patchy but nothing like how it used to be.

So far I gotta give it a 7/10 efficiency. Maybe after 2 or even 3 months itll.be a full beard however for 3 weeks it has been worth it
