I've had an iphone since the 4 came out and that's just plain not true. The battery's going to turn to shit after 2 years. Also if you update iOS three versions past the version that came out with your model, it'll run like shit.
Other than that the iphone's not too bad. It's definitely a normie phone. If you just use your phone to text and browse social media/the general internet you'll be fine. If you want to do stuff like torrent then i guess go with android but I haven't wanted or needed to do that stuff since i was like 14.
