I honestly don't understand how other people around this height can be skinny.

I'm like 5'3" and 3/4ths but due to having such a small frame if I lift anything heavier than like 10 pounds on a regular basis then I retain a bit of muscle. It's also really difficult to lose weight since my daily caloric needs are a lot lower than other dudes.

It's honestly pretty annoying. I'm not even overweight but looking kind of bulky at this height just makes me look even shorter.
