Buy a bunch of sugar free jelly and eat as much as you want whenever you want, but nothing else.

It's only 50 calories per 600ml prepared and 99% of that is water. I've eaten 6 big jellies today, they tasted great and totaled only 300 calories. I feel full and have no cravings to snack on anything else.

I've lost a good chunk of weight and am almost no longer obese and since that's been my whole life so I guess that's something. I started by just counting calories and nothing else. You'd be surprised how much junk you can eat and still lose weight especially as a fatass. It's annoying at first but then you start to memorize your favorites and get a good feel for how many calories are in what you like.

I'm going to blame my parents for being the way I am because they would pick my portions for me and would not let me leave the table until I had eaten everything on my plate. Today I ate two sandwiches for lunch (chicken, lettuce, little bit of mustard, whole wheat bread) and these little oat bake things I found dirt cheap in the shop. Vyvanse has been fda approved for binge eating disorder my man. Go to a shrink and tell them that you binge eat (eat too much in a short time, feel out of control during it, and feel guilty afterwards) and you can probably get a prescription
