I'm becoming incredibly bitter about the way the scum surrounding me will always be gormlessly happy and surrounded by friends while I struggle with mental health and other issues

It's finals week, and I'm not sure I can make it. I went to sleep early last night and got a full 7 hours, but the mental fog didn't clear and I still felt like hell. A few days ago in my Economics final, I could only answer half of the questions and just filled in "A" for the rest. Anything that requires you to connect the dots and actually think is just too much energy, and I can't do it.

On top of that, shit's bad in general. I keep trying to improve my health by keeping up my diet and exercising, but my indigestion is still shit, and I feel disgusting all day. When I feel that way, I get to dwelling on my life, and it keeps surprising me by how shitty it's been. I grew up morbidly obese, so my childhood was never carefree and I was always self-conscious. In my teenage years, my family fell apart, and at only 18 years old I've lost nearly every hobby and pleasure I've had in life. And I don't care what people tell you - neither meditation, nor a therapist, nor a proper diet will cure Anhedonia. It doesn't fucking budge. I envy you all with simple problems like ">tfw no gf" because that's easy as shit to solve, whereas people spend years with this issue. The only current hope is either for it to fade away naturally, or for experimental drugs that will hit the market in a few years to work.

Sorry for writing my life story, but I had to get it out. I've got basically no way to spend my time now, so it's all I can do.
