Why the FUCK am I always tired? Is 7 hours of sleep not enough? As soon as I get home from work, I crash so fucking hard

Do you eat to sustain life
Masturbation, diet, and probably lack of exercise?
It could also be that nobody is meant to work an 8 hour fucking day.

What did you mean by this?

Look up what nutrients your body needs (depending on height, weight, sex) and choose whole foods that fit the bill. I started eating healthier 2 months ago and boy howdy, it is some shit. Even helped my mental state

I jack of no more than once a day. My diet is admittedly shit, I consume a lot of sugar and fatty shit. I dont "exercise," but I walk all day for my job and around campus

I sleep for >15hrs/day and am still always tired.

I already take vitamins, are they a meme?

>I jack of no more than once a day.
To porn? If you work you shouldn't be doing this, you're ruining your dopamine which you need to help you get to sleep easily and to wake feeling rested.
>My diet is admittedly shit, I consume a lot of sugar and fatty shit.
Sugar will destroy your dopamine and just generally your 'energy' levels, quit it.

It's called REM cycle. Read up on it. You could be getting 11+ hours of sleep a night and still wake up tired if you wake up halfway through a cycle.

That's your problem. Your diet is shit. Diet is 90% of your health.

>It could also be that nobody is meant to work an 8 hour fucking day.
This. Well, sort of. I think in most societies pre-1760 people would have only worked 8 hour days occasionally. Mostly because there wasn't much to do before industrialization. 8 hours a day 5 days a week is unnatural. Still, at least we don't live in 1900 when factory shifts were 15 hours long. I hope one day we'll go back to working 4 hours a day.

Same dude. I get home from work at 5 and I need to pretty much go straight to bed and lie down. I eat OK and workout too, but 8 hours of walking around a warehouse fucking drains me.
>>36607337
Kinda. Some are good (not multivitamin brands, just the type of vitamin itself) but most won't replace the full benefits of just eating right
:!:ATTENTION ALL TIRED ROBOTS:!:
Get a sleep study, you might have sleep apnea

Some scientists are saying that working more than 6 hours reduces productivity, but most likely what will happen is that people will just start working part-time with a lot of Pajeets and we'll all be too poor to afford anything since we don't work full shifts anymore.
