SSRIs and two years of weekly threrapy helped me. Slowly and painfully I got better. I wanted to get better. But I know I got lucky. I didnt get any of the bad side effects and I could depend on people other than myself to help me. But it's possible anon. It often seemed that it's not, but it is. Good luck.
