I don't think that would qualify as stuttering, stutterers will catch on certain syllables/words and become "stuck" on them which is where the S-S-S-S-stuttering meme comes from. Kind of like a skipping record. Mine came out of the blue one day, like I remember being a child and never having speech problems and then one day I woke up and everything was fucked.

My speech problems happened like this too. I don't understand. I talked normally when I was a kid. How does this happen? At some point in middle school or high school my speech just got all fucked up and it's gotten worse worse as I grow older.
