Exogenous anabolic steroids. 250-500mg testosterone decanoate/enanthate is enough to where you will gain strength and size faster by sitting on your ass than a natty guy who goes to they gym 5 days a week, at least for the first 6 months to 1 yris time. Such a low dose is multiple times more than natty cuck makes endogenously but not so high you run into problems with aromatase.

Your idea is full of shit and fucking stupid. Spinal and brain trauma are not good, and everyone here is already past puberty so it wouldn't help us obtain strength that exceeds natural limits. Drugs can give us this though, allowing us to exceed the limits by quite a large margin.
There are lots of drugs if you want to halt puberty or even develop as female if that's where you're going with this. No need to suffer traumatic brain injury or risk nerve damage.

There is only so much volume the fascia can contain, so it effectively limits growth. If it were to be permanently stretch then further growth could occur.
