Addressing this one to all the chads that lurk, how do you take care of your hygiene on a daily basis? Being a robot that showers twice a week is getting old and I'm working on self improvement

I'm not a chad but try to take showers daily because I've now got a shitty fungal infection from not showering too often.
Shower every morning after waking up. Use body wash on a loofah and scrub your body in circular motions. Do your armpits first, then work your way down. Then rinse.
After showering, brush your teeth using the softest bristle toothbrush you can buy. Hard bristles jack your teeth up over time. Brush your teeth, then before spitting, use floss between all the teeth you can reach. Spit. Scrape crap off tongue woth a teaspoon or back of toothbrush. Then use mouthwash. Wait half an hour before eating. Repeat teeth cleaning procedure before bed.
Upon returning home, wash feet with soap and cold water. Clean feet at the end of the day feel great.

What exactly keeps you from showering daily? Or at least bi daily?
Not judging or anything I'm just curious why you only shower twice a week
not a chad but take a shower at least three times a week. have a conversation with a cashier or something.

It's just that I basically live in my chair so I never see the point in showering anyway as nobody will see me there. Started going to the gym finally so now it's 3 showers a week (before gym) but I'll try working on daily

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanse. Then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

How do you fix dead skin in eyebrows/ears/sides of face? I shower once and sometimes twice a day but it never goes away
