Hi /r9k/
I am a vidya dev and to keep myself from killing myself today I've decided to distract myself with a new project
We will crowdsource ideas to make a game and I'll see what I can do implementing them as fast as I can
I have a lot of assets for almost any type of game and the ability to make it
How should I start?

God simulator with micro management

Here's my video game idea:
An ancient evil has awoken and you are the hero whomst must defeat it BUT you have to do it............................. WITHOUT killing any enemyies. You have to make the emeniyes your friends, that will be the main gameplay element.
Also make lots of polygons in the game and add hairworks so I can test out my GTX1080ti SLI my mom got me for my bday.

MUD with terrain changing features and DF-level "graphics" and survival mechanics, temperature, etc. Maybe a way to do player-generated quests.
Think a cross between a MUD, DF, and UnrealWorld. A place for robots to hang out and do stuff together, essentially. No normies allowed.
It's what I planned on doing before another major bout of depression fucked my shit up.
Make a school shooting game. A robot killing normalfaggots.

Honestly? Make a fps and mix it between super hot and hotline Miami
A little fantasy homesteader game, with a focus on NPC interaction.

two ideas:
1. ZOMBIE DENTIST
>surgeon simulator
>except with zombies
>and dentistry based on real dentistry science
>upgrades from caveman tools to top-notch medical shit
>also restraints so you can give zombies root canals and crowns so they can get back out there and eat more brains
2. ENDLESS SCHOOL
>khan academy math classes in a procedurally generated dungeon that has classrooms and quizzes
>NPC students that you can befriend and use for resources
>lockers and backpacks that you can search for flavor story text in form of notes, letters, etc
>have to break into the main school office to get locker combos though
>start drama among your fellow classmates by pickpocketing/reverse pickpocketing notes and items
>deeper you go into the endless proc-gen school, the harder the math questions get
>no combat, only sims-level social manipulation

Pokemon Fire Red 3D in first person.

I dig this idea
The game has unnecessary mech combat sections that add nothing to the overall story.
Also they're really bullshit for no reason, and they have tank controls.
A pro wrestling game
That's about it desu. The world needs more than WWE 2K.

dungeon crawling overhead shooter

Maybe something like an inversion where you're a dragon and you stole a princess, and now you have to guard her from knights who will try to come and rescue her? Like she's in a tower and you can set traps around it or hire monsters to stand in the way, and of course can always defend her yourself.
Or where you're actually playing the knight and have to rescue the princess, and the dragon is always looking for/trying to kill you so you have to be sneaky and careful while making your way through ruins. Maybe for brownie points, inverse the trope and it's a lady knight rescuing a prince.
First game would be more like a sort of tower defense game I guess but from all directions. Second game is like a platformer RPG.

Sounds comfy. I approve.

I was thinking basically like harvest moon but in a fantasy setting, and with a little bit more freedom for things like adventuring.
Basically a simple top-down looking thing, you have your little homestead that you can build up overtime, and people come to visit you or even show up hostile like to steal from you. As well around you in the woods or wherever, there might be like some dungeon you can adventure into or some monster lair to explore.
But at the end of it all, you always return to your cozy little house. Maybe can get hitched too, have kids, get your own little fantasy family while you're at it to return to.
Add a mode where you are a bird of some kind shitting on people while flying.
just make fear 1 again but with a different location and different soldiers
perhaps fear but it's half life

Oh and maybe the initial goal is like, you went up against some big monster nearby who spared you, but in return they want you to provide tribute so they can be lazy. So that's your incentive to make a homestead, to farm (or forage in the area or whatever) in order to supply your monster landlord so they don't come and finish the job.
And eventually during this, you're trying to improve your own standing, so that eventually you could go for round 2 and beat them, and free yourself of their tax. But the real reward is a comfy little life in your house you built.

create a world where everyone gets qt gf
>>36392082
Game where you fuck lady with big booby
autism simulator. open world, lots of npc interaction, end goal is gf
>>36392613
>end goal is gf
I'm not sure if I want a game that'll never end.
>>36392613
I fuck with this idea heavily.
Make https://systemspace.link/ into a game, seems interesting and there's a lore established
I'm sure you can work it out with Tsuki OP

It needs to be a NEET management game. Like, you have a harem of fat NEETS who live in your home, and you get to fuck them and stuff. But you have to care for them also, tend to their needs and so forth.Punish them when they're bad, that'd be fun. The NEETsex needs to be really graphic.
Another one, you play as a cute girl and you have to save the day. And she is a little shy and gets flustered, but has a good heart and is brave.
The main appeal is to waifufags, but it can still be a fun game in its own right.

definitlley naming my character elliot rodgers
>>36392195
I want to play something like this so much
Elliot has to come back from the Hades by fighting his way back through hell
A game where you jerk off your own virtual cock
A game where you're locked in a room and the main goal is not to go crazy. The player has to try judge when it's acceptable to eat, and also has to hit a certain limit of interactions with objects in the room. When the player sleeps, he's transported to various worlds, and as your mental health deteriorates, the more wild and unpredictable the dreams get. The game eventually ends when you survive a certain amount of time or your character completely snaps and kills themself.
