When did you adapt to your nocturnal schedule? I woke up at 5

Why is night time so comfy bros. No matter what I always gravitate to that nocturnal lifestyle.

i often wake up at 1 am and play vidya until morning

I keep waking up at 4pm and going to bed at 10am, it's the easter holidays so it fine for me to have a fucked up sleeping pattern.

I have a super easy night-shift job making $30/hr. Super comfy, bros.

I'm almost 39 now, but I've always been like this. Made school difficult, and an 8-5 job a living hell. Doing a lot better since I am mostly nocturnal and rarely have to interact with anyone.

Woke up at 10pm today. Been sleeping all day and staying up all night everyday for the past 2 weeks.
It's weird because it feels natural for me to sleep during the day and stay up at night. All the monkeys go to sleep at night so it's easier for me to think and feel at peace
