What are some examples of stuff on your list?

The list was a metaphor not a literal thing but you get the idea, none of it ever happens.

I think I am the same way, but my list is very literal and involves me "mastering" something. I think it stems from my OCD. Here are some examples:
>fully navigate and explore every site I visit (for example, read every wiki and sidebar of every subreddit I am subscribed to)
>look through all of the areas and pages of the dashboard/home section of my consoles

Basically, the gist is that I want to look through and familiarize myself with every aspect of anything I use. It even bothers me when I do not read huge documents like the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for sites, programs, and other things I use, but I absolutely cannot be forced to read those.

Sounds like autism but I empathize, I've got OCD and it's probably why I'm so bugged out about all this shit I want to do and am never doing.

Yes, it could be. I've never been to a mental health specialist so I don't know what slew of disorders I may have.

OCD does prevail in my more day to day activities. For example, when I leave my bathroom, I always have to make sure that my toilet is flushed and the handle is not stuck, the faucet is off, the medicine cabinet is closed, the fan is off, and the light is off, even if I am just going in to wash my hands and know I haven't touched anything else. Same thing goes with driving, I have a huge mental checklist that I must run through as I drive, some things include making sure the windows are rolled up, doors are closed, mirrors are aligned, and the headlights are on/off depending on the time.

It gets so annoying that sometimes I will sit on my couch not willing to move on with my day because I know I will have to face these annoying mental hurdles.

I'll go back into the bathroom 4 or 5 times to make sure I flushed.
Turn around to check if my door is locked every 5 or so minutes, even if it is I might get up to re lock it.
Excessively wash my hands every time I leave my room (next to bathroom) and refuse to wash it in any other kitchen sinks ever.
I have to eat the different foods I have at rates so that I'll run out of all of them at the same time, even within the same meal.
Constantly click/rightclick/middleclick blank spots on my screen if I'm not using the mouse or watching something fullscreen.
