How to lose weight in three steps. (From someone who used to be in the exact same position).
>Always have breakfast, a couple wheat-a-bixes should do the trick couple with a bit (but not too much) milk, should cover half of each bix to ensure that they don't go soggy and eat quickly after shaking half a teaspoon of sugar over each in a vertical line to ensure that they taste nice. DO NOT eat any snacks and use the left-over money to purchase quality ingredients, if you really need to eat then use it to buy something light from a local bakery (a pair of doughnuts is usually sufficient whilst still being tasty), chocolate can build up in supply and isn't worth it. Stop drinking fizzy drinks and keep coffee/tea consumption to a minimum, water and whole milk is more than sufficient, the latter can also be used (sparingly) to neutralise acids and ensure high teeth quality. Make sure tea is hefty but not too large, you want your stomach to ache/feel painful at around 7:00, this is how you know you're losing weight, it takes a couple of months in total and is quite painful, hunger is a only brain chemistry and should be ignored, drink water if you can't stand it.
>Exercise from between 30mins.-1 hour, HERE IS THE TRICK, distract yourself from excercise by watching television/film or something educational whilst your doing exercise (I recommend building on 10 push-ups each week until you get up to 50, a lot of jogging on the spot, sit-ups and leg raises will help, do not go overboard though, you will know when you have).
