Went through something similar at the start of last semester. I dropped out, and about 2 weeks into the next semester my mom called me and was asking all the usual school bullshit questions. I was kind of playing around them and eventually she just asked me if I'm even going to school anymore. Told her no and she started crying and hung up then texted me that I'm basically ruining my life. Fucking sucks.

I've recently got a group of friends and they involve me in group texts. My phone dings every couple minutes for at least an hour. It's anxiety inducing. I almost shit myself whenever I hear it.

I think the best chance for me is to be confident in my choice to drop out.
