Putting on weight is totally imperceptible. I put on three stone without even realizing it until some said hey anon you got fat. It's only upards of 15 stone that you notice a difference going up stairs and that.

This is good, i recently started to excercise on a stationary bike 5-4 days a week burning 350 calories for 30 minutes. I currently weight 213 pounds and I'm around 5'8 and seeing shit like this motivates me to lose more, but I am worried about intaking way less calories than what I need (calculator says I need around 2,945 and I'm barely at 700 daily). What could be a negative side of this?
