We eat dinner, then watch a movie or play some videogames. Maybe one of us calls a friend or their family. Sometimes we have sex or give massages to each other. Then we go to bed, where my gf browses the internet or plays stuff on her tablet, while I read or play my 3DS before falling asleep.

Depends but usually we're watching a mutually interesting show/movie, cuddling or playing a board/tabletop/card game together, or banging.
Or she's watching her recorded show(s) and I'm playing vidya. She likes a lot of neat games, so there's generally not a lot of lull.
