There is no reason for your shotgun not to be a semi-auto. Also you can definitely own guns in Europe. Especially shotguns. The problem is you cannot defend yourself with them.

Yeah in Estonia when you get a gun license you are actually forced by law to CC. Also you can have a full automatic rifle at home if you join the defense forces as a civilian member.
