The commercial was a rather low attempt to profit from civil unrest in the U.S. It would be like Pepsi making a commercial to appeal to victims of Syrian gas attacks.

Pepsi pretty much tried to piss off everyone. As >>36078600 said, Pepsi is trying to capitalize on all the sjw and 'black cucks matter' protests that have been going on. Instead of attacking police officers, the people are making friends with them, totally offensive.

White people are angry because like 2% of the people in the video are white and they're all in the background. Pepsi's commercial is not statistically representative of the US where about 65% of Americans are white. Pepsi is trying to cater to minorities only.
