I've been taking 30mg of Adderall three times a week recreationally. It helps with social anxiety and depression. It's easier to talk to people. No problems so far. You should be fine. Hope this helps

You just gotta use it like a superpower tho. Don't over use it.

As long as you don't have any preexisting heart defects or problems, it's very unlikely that you'll die from 10mg of Adderall.
