I'm just gonna assume OP is for real and offer my thoughts.
Where I'm from conscription is a thing and as you can imagine most boys don't look forward to entering the army because we are essentially giving up out best years of our lives.
Upon leaving the army there's a few things I can confidently say I have gotten in exchange for the time spent. In general, you get more disciplined and learn to appreciate things in life civilians normally take for granted such as decent food, varied social interaction. You'll probably meet a bunch of mates who will be your buddies or at the least very good friends for a good part of your life. I've personally never been a placed in an area of conflict so I cannot comment on how it would be if you were to be in such a situation, sorry about that.
On the other hand many people I know who left the service end up despising the system. Free-spirited individuals who could never be brought under command who ended up dishonorably discharged for the simplest of reasons such as insubordination, stealing, etc. So if you don't think you will be ready for the military life, being talked to and treated like the lowest lifeform and can't keep your fingers to yourself and respect other people's personal space and rights you are better off not signing up.

being in the military was the comfiest thing that's happened to me since childhood. you don't have to worry about normie bullshit like paying bills or deciding what to wear and your daily life no longer feels like it has no purpose. it was also the closest i've had of having actual friends since everybody kinda feels compelled to stick together. plus you get to shoot with guns or drive expensive machinery and stuff like that.
military is the best place a robot could be, you should definitely try it out.
