Sounds like Tartar build up. Go get a deep cleaning. Also, dentists like to scam you into paying for unnecessary clean ups or cavity fills so tell them no if they mention you should get a cleanup on the other mouth quadrants. As long as you maintain your oral hygiene well (floss and brush everyday) those cavities wont grow or bother you.
