The way I see it is:
If you never go out and don't get dirty/sweaty, why do it often? I only shower when my hair gets uncomfortably greasy and my hair starts falling out.

my hygene is generally inconsistent i treat my hair and body mostly average i can somehow not stand brushing my teeth for days at a time but ass cleanliness is my #1 priority i spend 20-25 minutes at a time to wipe till theres no brown left. if your ass sweats or it stinks when you get up after sitting awhile your wiping wrong

Showering under hot water itself feels really good, but so does having smooth hair and no flaky skin patches on your face + smelling pleasant. You should learn to appreciate being clean in both body and mind. I shower at least every other day, but usually every day.

I'm a sleep sweater so I always wake up sweaty with flat hair (what's left of it anyway.) So I shower every morning when I wake up just so I don't feel disgusting. I also love the feeling of a hot shower

I would go full autist mode and never shower but I find having a shower is very relaxing. I like to take one every 2 or 3 days, everyday is just way too much trouble. Luckily I never leave my room so I don't get too smelly.
