I've been hospitalized for a massive pulmonary embolism, getting my appendix removed, gallbladder removed, fracturing my L4 and L5 vertebrae, legs swelling up three, four times their normal size and many other things.

This. Had the same shit happen to me. I was fucking freaking out for days thinking I was having a heart attack or some shit. Just kind of came out of nowhere. I was super close to going to the hospital when a relative talked me down and told me to take a cold shower.

It was scary shit. I thought panic attacks only happened to emotional wrecks, but it just sort of struck me out of nowhere.
