You should only get children if you are certain your genes are top tier.
I'm a sperm donor at multiple banks because I'm pretty,tall,have an IQ of 140,a completely clear family history of genetic conditions sans alcoholism in an aunt,,etc.
I wouldnt dare to bring a child into the world with settings worse than those.
